These Terms and Conditions explain how bookings, enquiries and services operate at Shivlok Tours. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to follow these terms.

Enquiry and Itinerary Creation

When you submit an enquiry form, you provide the initial information required to plan your trip.
Based on the details you share, we will create a customised itinerary including:

  • Places to visit

  • Hotel category

  • Vehicle type

  • Total days

  • Estimated trip flow

We do not offer fixed, ready-made packages. Every itinerary is created according to your preferences, dates and requirements.

Pricing and Custom Packages

Trip pricing is not fixed.
Cost may change based on:

  • Dates and duration

  • Type of hotel

  • Vehicle category

  • Number of travellers

  • Additional requirements

  • Seasonal factors

You will receive a quotation only after we review your enquiry and plan your travel.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • The client agrees to the itinerary

  • Final pricing is accepted

  • Required advance payment is made

Until payment is received, no hotel, vehicle or service is held or guaranteed.

Services We Provide

We offer:

  • Private vehicle services from arrival to departure

  • Hotel coordination as per selected category

  • Assistance in planning travel and temple visits

  • Support for pooja or temple bookings where possible

We can guide and assist with temple bookings such as Bhasma Aarti or Mangalnath Pooja. However, confirmation of these rituals depends on temple availability and rules. We do not guarantee pooja slots.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during enquiry

  • Being available at confirmed pickup and drop timings

  • Following temple guidelines and rules

  • Informing us about special needs or health concerns in advance

Any changes requested after the itinerary is finalised may affect cost and timings.

Transport and Timing

We plan every trip to ensure a smooth experience. Drivers follow a planned schedule to ensure timely pickups, drops and rest hours.
Delays caused by the client may reduce time spent at certain locations.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the trip plan after confirmation must be discussed with our team.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, depend on:

  • Hotel policies

  • Vehicle booking terms

  • Seasonal factors

If the client cancels after hotel or vehicle reservations are made, those charges will apply.

Limitations of Service

We provide services only from Indore.
Clients must reach Indore by flight, train or bus.
We do not arrange travel to Indore.

We cover destinations within approximately 100 to 150 km of Indore including Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Mandu, and nearby locations.

Accuracy of Information

While we try to keep all details accurate, availability of hotels, pooja bookings, vehicle models and timings may vary.
We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

Liability

Shivlok Tours is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic or road conditions

  • Temple timing changes or closures

  • Personal loss of belongings

  • Situations beyond our control

We ensure coordination and support but cannot control external factors.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, using our website or booking a trip, you agree to all terms mentioned above.
These terms may be updated when needed, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
